By accessing the site, requesting a proposal, signing a statement of work, sending a deposit, traveling on a booking arranged by Manso, or otherwise engaging us in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Manso designs, organizes, and operates corporate travel programs end to end, including off-sites, retreats, conferences, partner summits, incentive trips, board meetings, road shows, product launches, anniversary celebrations, investor events, and bespoke experiences. The exact scope, deliverables, dates, locations, headcount, fees, payment milestones, inclusions, exclusions, supplier policies, and special conditions of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or letter of agreement signed by both parties; that document, together with these terms, forms the complete agreement and prevails over any general description on this site. Manso acts in the capacity of program designer and travel intermediary. We do not own, operate, or control the airlines, hotels, resorts, lodges, ground operators, transfer companies, charter providers, restaurants, venues, conference centers, photographers, videographers, performers, guides, drivers, vehicles, vessels, aircraft, or any other third-party suppliers used to deliver a program. All bookings made on your behalf are subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, tariffs, refund policies, deposit schedules, change fees, cancellation penalties, embarkation rules, baggage rules, age restrictions, dress codes, force majeure clauses, and other supplier policies in effect at the time of booking. Quotes are presented in the currency stated on the proposal and are valid for the period specified; outside that window, prices are subject to change due to availability, supplier rate revisions, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, exchange-rate movements, or any other adjustment imposed by a supplier or by law. Until funds clear and the relevant suppliers issue final confirmation, all components of a program are tentative and may be revised, repriced, or withdrawn. Payment terms, deposit schedules, balance due dates, accepted methods, and any wire-transfer or credit-card service fees are set out in the proposal; late payment may delay or void confirmations, expose you to supplier penalties, and result in the cancellation of the program at your cost. Cancellation by you, in whole or in part, follows the cancellation schedule in the proposal as well as the cancellation policies attached to each affected supplier; deposits, prepayments, ticketed fares, contracted minimums, room blocks, food-and-beverage minimums, attrition fees, and any other non-refundable commitments will not be returned, and additional penalties may apply. Manso may cancel, postpone, modify, or substitute a program in the event of force majeure, including acts of war, civil unrest, terrorism, strike, government action, sanctions, border closures, public-health emergencies, severe weather, mechanical failure, supplier insolvency, or any other cause beyond Manso's reasonable control; in those cases we will work in good faith to recover funds, rebook services, propose alternatives, or deliver equivalent value, but we cannot guarantee a full refund. You are solely responsible for ensuring that every traveler holds a valid passport, the visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required by the destination countries. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveler; participation without insurance is at the traveler's sole risk. Confidential information exchanged between you and Manso is held in confidence and used only to deliver the engagement. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy notice below and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manso's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a program is limited to the planning fees actually paid by you to Manso for that program, exclusive of amounts paid to third-party suppliers, and Manso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Manso is registered, and any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this site at the moment your engagement begins is the version that applies to that engagement.
