We're looking for a Finance Analyst to handle Manso's financial operations across our programs. The role requires experience managing budgets, supplier payments, and program economics in a services environment.
You'll run the financial side of every program: budgets, supplier payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and the reporting leadership uses to make decisions.

- Manage supplier payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Track program margins in real time and flag deviations before they become problems.
- Issue client invoices and follow through on collections.
- Produce clear financial reporting for leadership, both program-level and agency-wide.
- Maintain clean financial records, ready for review at any moment.
- Close out each program financially with final reconciliations and analysis.
- Strengthen Manso's financial systems and processes as the agency scales.

- Experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, ideally in hospitality or services.
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

You'll execute each program end to end, handling suppliers, timelines, bookings, and the operational details that make it work.
